as an Publicly
Available Standard (ISO/PAS 22853:2005).

The MSML FDIS (Final
Draft International Standard) was approved by the ISO
(ISO/FDIS 22853)
as an International
Standard. The next stage
is the Publication stage
for making MSML an
Public Available
Specification.
MSML under ISO standardization
14 April 2005
The MSML FDIS (Final
Draft International Standard) was registered
for formal approval by the ISO
(ISO/FDIS 22853).
The FDIS is now circulated to all ISO member bodies by
the ISO Central Secretariat for a final Yes/No vote within a
period of two months.

The event comprised the definition of MSML, a demonstration of
an MSML based system and results from system validation on 25/11 and a
final review
by the European Commission on 26/11
